Junior (including "Squirts") Sign-On Days

Saturday 28th January & Saturday 4th February | 10am-2pm

At AC Carina, Fursden Rd, Carina.
For both boys and girls U6 - U12 and "Squirts" (3-5 year olds).

All players must provide original proof of age. Players aged 11 years or over to bring a recent passport sized photo for registration.

Register online FIRST
Prior to attending a Sign-On Day, all players (new and returning) need to Self Register with Football Brisbane. Go to myfootballclub.com.au. You will be asked to enter your contact details, be provided a FFA number (if you don’t already have one) and need to type in “AC Carina FC” in Club Name. Then select your role “Player” and “Level” eg. Squirts, Juniors U6-11, Juniors U12. Under Payment Options, select “Invoice Me” and an invoice will be sent to you via email. Please bring this invoice and your payment to the Club on Sign On Day (please do not make payment online).
